• You are responsible for accounting, controlling, and reporting, laying the foundation for well-informed decision-making.
• You develop and monitor budgets, KPIs, and investment projects, actively contributing to the advancement of our company.
• You serve as a key sparring partner for management, playing a significant role in shaping the company's commercial strategy.
• You support your team through clear leadership and establish structures that enable sustainable success.

• You have a degree in business administration, complemented by certification as a certified accountant (IHK), and at least 8 years of professional experience.
• You possess leadership experience and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for value creation.
• You are proficient in DATEV and Excel, leveraging your numerical expertise to implement innovative solutions and optimizations.
